Namicomのゲーム・サービス共通規約とゲーム別附則
Namicomが提供するゲーム・サービスには本規約が適用されます。情報の取扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
共通条項
利用上の注意
適用法令、アプリストアの条件、本規約に従って利用してください。未成年の方は保護者の同意を得てください。チート、不正操作、サービスや他の利用者への妨害、嫌がらせ、個人情報の公開、権利の侵害を禁止します。
コンテンツと購入
ゲームおよびNamicomが提供するコンテンツの権利はNamicomまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。アプリ内購入は各ストアの課金システムを通じて決済され、返金・復元はストアの案内と適用法令に従います。
ゲーム動画・配信
通常のゲームプレイの映像・音声は、実況、録画、ライブ配信などに利用し、公開できます。第三者の権利を侵害する場合や、法令・本規約に違反する場合などには、Namicomが公開停止や削除をお願いすることがあります。ゲーム本体や素材の再配布、改変版の配布はできません。
アカウント・データの削除依頼
Namicomが管理するアカウントや投稿データなどの削除を希望する場合は、対象のゲームと削除したいデータを記載してsupport@namicom.ccへご連絡ください。依頼者の確認や対象データの特定に必要な情報をお尋ねする場合があります。スーパーピコピコランナーズの匿名アカウントと投稿データも対象です。端末内だけに保存されたデータはNamicom側で削除できない場合があります。
サービスの変更・責任
保守、障害、安全確保、法令対応などのため、サービスを変更・中断・終了する場合があります。違反には状況に応じて機能制限や利用停止などの措置を行うことがあります。Namicomは常時の提供やすべての端末での動作を保証しません。本規約は適用法令上の権利を制限せず、責任は適用法令に従います。
規約の変更・準拠法
変更内容と効力発生日を本ページまたはアプリ内で事前にお知らせします。日本法に準拠します。
附則：ピコピコマッシュアップ
対戦結果やランキングの不正操作、チート、脆弱性の悪用を禁止します。対戦中の放置や退出は切断やペナルティの対象になる場合があります。
コインは本アプリ内でのみ使用できます。「Remove Ads」は強制表示されるインタースティシャル広告を停止し、「Double Coins」は対戦報酬やボーナスを含む獲得コインを2倍にします。
附則：スーパーピコピコランナーズ
ユーザーステージを投稿する方は、他の利用者がそのステージをプレイし、ステージ名・投稿者の表示名を含むプレイ映像・音声をゲーム内や外部の動画・配信サービスで公開することを認めるものとします。
他のゲームや利用者のステージをそのまま再現した投稿、虚偽の表示で「いいね」を促す行為、ステージ名や表示名への個人情報の入力は禁止します。違反したステージは削除する場合があります。保存容量など運営上の必要により、古いステージを削除する場合もあります。
投稿されたステージデータは、ゲーム内での公開、運営、改善、および他機種版やNamicomの関連サービスでの提供に必要な範囲でNamicomが利用できます。匿名アカウントや投稿データの削除依頼は共通条項の案内をご確認ください。

Common terms and game-specific schedules for Namicom games and services
These Terms apply to games and services provided by Namicom. See the Privacy Policy for information handling.
Common terms
Use
Use each service in accordance with applicable law, app-store terms, and these Terms. Minors must obtain permission from a parent or guardian. Cheating, improper manipulation, disruption, harassment, disclosure of personal information, and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited.
Content and purchases
Games and content provided by Namicom belong to Namicom or the relevant rights holders. In-app purchases are processed through each app store’s billing system. Refunds and restoration follow the store’s instructions and applicable law.
Gameplay videos and streams
You may record, stream, and publish ordinary gameplay video and audio, including commentary. Namicom may ask you to stop publishing or remove content that infringes others’ rights or violates law or these Terms. You may not redistribute the game or its assets or distribute modified versions.
Account and data deletion requests
To request deletion of an account, submitted data, or other data managed by Namicom, email support@namicom.cc and identify the game and data. Namicom may ask for information needed to verify the requester and locate the data. Super Mega Runners anonymous accounts and submissions are included. Namicom may be unable to delete data stored only on your device.
Service changes and liability
Namicom may change, suspend, or discontinue a service for maintenance, outages, safety, or legal compliance. Namicom may restrict features or suspend use when rules are violated. Namicom does not guarantee continuous availability or operation on every device. Applicable law governs liability and any rights it provides.
Changes and governing law
Namicom will announce changes and their effective date on this page or in the app in advance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Schedule: Mashup Bros
Do not manipulate match results or rankings, cheat, or exploit vulnerabilities. Inactivity or leaving during a match may result in disconnection or a penalty.
Coins can be used only in the App. “Remove Ads” stops forced interstitial ads. “Double Coins” doubles coins earned, including match rewards and bonuses.
Schedule: Super Mega Runners
By submitting a user stage, you allow other players to play it and publish gameplay video and audio showing the stage name and your display name in the game or on external video and streaming services.
Do not submit exact copies of stages from other games or users, use false messages to solicit likes, or put personal information in stage or display names. Namicom may remove stages that break these rules. Older stages may also be removed when needed for storage or service operation.
Namicom may use submitted stage data as needed to display and operate the game, improve it, and provide it on other platforms or related Namicom services. For anonymous account or submission deletion, see the common deletion instructions.
